 FAMILY DAY

My mom sent me to school and said to me that they will just come at 3:00 because they had some stuffs to do. After I registered, I saw my classmate and we came together to our booth. There was still a mass going on so I quickly found a seat to listen. After the mass, I had asked one of my friends to go with me to get my Family day t-shirt. One by one my friends started to come and we chatted random stuff for awhile until my parents came.

Our Family day held events that students and parents could participated into. It was fun because all Grade 9 students in a dance competition and of course it wouldn't be as fun without the parents tagging along to. We had gathered also some rewards which was amazing because our efforts paid off.

Dinner came by but sadly my parents couldn't eat with me so me and my friends just gathered together and enjoyed the whole day.

The Confession A young adolescent man named Michael created a letter to his mother. In the letter, he revealed that he was gay. He also said that no one trained or taught him to be gay and being homosexual doesn’t mean being evil and sick. It is like saying that you can give but do not give too much or you will forget leaving some for yourself.  Every one of us must know how to put limitations on some stuffs when it comes to giving. Although it may look like you are being stingy or you're unwilling to give and people might think of it negatively. But it is also important to remind ourselves that this person or people we care shouldn't be place at the center of our lives. We should also think of what they thought of us and how important are we to them because it would be disappointing to know that the level of importance that the person has on us is different from how we imagined. The Essence of Family Day Last Sunday, on January 26, 2020, the Asian College of Technology celebrated ACT Tribal Family Day with the theme "stronger families, stronger Asianista community". An awesome day in which your family members and your friends are all tied to one another. It was a great day and it expressed the importance of having harmonious and united with your family. Bood related or not. That day was a blast as I had spent the day with the people whom I have had familial feelings as I consider my friends to be my sisters. The family day had a tribal theme in which it links to the ancestors of the Filipinos.
