The Confession A young adolescent man named Michael created a letter to his mother. In the letter, he revealed that he was gay. He also said that no one trained or taught him to be gay and being homosexual doesn’t mean being evil and sick. That living in San Francisco was a breath of fresh air as people in there don’t consider sexuality a measure of the worth of being human. My thoughts on Michael’s letters is that he didn’t have it easy growing up being gay. He was disdained for who he was. Revulsion, shame, and disbelief. Micheal had the experience that while growing up. And for fear of being rejected, it took Michael to finally revealed to his mother that he was gay.  Sometimes life is not fair for people. Sometimes we will never know what will hit us and discrimination against LGBT people is commonplace. The Essence of Family Day Last Sunday, on January 26, 2020, the Asian College of Technology celebrated ACT Tribal Family Day with the theme "stronger families, stronger Asianista community". An awesome day in which your family members and your friends are all tied to one another. It was a great day and it expressed the importance of having harmonious and united with your family. Bood related or not. That day was a blast as I had spent the day with the people whom I have had familial feelings as I consider my friends to be my sisters. The family day had a tribal theme in which it links to the ancestors of the Filipinos. Long before the Spaniards colonized the Philippines, Filipinos way of education at that time was surviving and the young Filipino children's teacher was their parents or an elder in their tribe. CAT SURVIVAL CAMP 2020      Ang CAT Survival Camp 2020 ay ginanap noong Enero 11-12, 2020. Ito ay isang aktibidad upang mapukaw ang kakayahan ng isang tao o grupo ng tao. Ipapamalas dito ang kakayahang makipag-usap, umanawa, at kung paano mamuno sa isang grupo. Ang gawaing ito ay isang pagpapahanda kung saan ang mga estudyante ay sinusubok sa kanilang pisikal at emosyonal na lakas at ito rin ay upang malaman ng mga estudyante na mahirap makipagsapalaran sa totoong buhay kung ikaw ay nag-iisa.
